Care at Home announces Quantina as Caregiver of the Month for February 2022.

Care at Home proudly announced Quantina as Caregiver of the Month for February 2022. Quantina has been an exceptional member of our Connecticut and Rhode Island caregiving team since 2019. Her wealth of caregiving knowledge, and long history with our agency, have made her a highly respected caregiver among our clients and her peers.

When asked what it means to be a caregiver, Quantina replied, “Being a caregiver means helping clients be the best they can be. You may need to encourage independence or reinforce positive health habits. Caregiving is more than the helping people bathe or dress. It is the personal interaction that gives people hope and improves their well-being.”

Quantina became a caregiver because she enjoys helping people of all ages. “I have God’s love in my heart, and I share that every day with the people I meet,” she said. “I particularly enjoy speaking with our clients and making sure they are both comfortable and well taken care of.”
