On Friday, June 15, 2018, Care At Home was a proud sponsor of Golf “Fore” ALZ at Elm Ridge Golf Course in Pawcatuck, CT.

It was a wet and rainy day but our amazing players showed up, stayed, and played for a wonderful cause. Thank you to Elm Ridge Golf Course, for being a wonderful host, ALL of our sponsors, all who donated funds, gifts, raffle baskets and our tee signs, to everyone who helped organize and to those who volunteered their time.

Without all of you, we could not have made this event such a great success. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!
