2018 Team Trip to Block Island

Oftentimes, cherished memories are made through the graciousness of others. Last Thursday was one of those times. An amazing time was had by the Care at Home Team, kindly provided by our amazing leaders, Suzanne and Dan.

We cannot thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity to visit Block Island, where we enjoyed an outstanding meal together at The Surf Hotel. It was a night of spectacular ocean views, intertwined with lots of laughs, fun, and ICE CREAM!!
